We want to assure you that our number one priority is the safety of our customers and our employees. We will comply with and in most cases exceed all city, federal, and state health requirements.
Thank you for your loyalty and patience over the past two months. The generosity and kind words we have received will never be forgotten. If there is any good that came from all of this it is that this difficult time reinforced why we went into business in the first place, the great friends we get to call customers. Thank you for your understanding. I am sure there will be glitches and inconveniences so please be patient with us.
 
Before your appointment:

- Contact us if in the past 14 days you have been sick or have been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been asked to quarantine. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our clients and staff.

- Check your email or text confirmation for the exact time of your appointment. To help us maintain safety and minimize exposure, do not arrive early or late.

- Due to City of Chicago regs we have to dramatically limit in shop seating, so you may need to sit outside, wait in car etc.

 Arriving at your appointment:
 
- Arrive at your appointment on time. Please check your confirmation for the exact time of your appointment. Do not arrive too early or late for your appointment—this will help to avoid any extra waiting time.

- We may need to shift your appointment time by 10 - 20 minutes to reduce the number of clients present and optimize safety.  Please check your appointment time in the confirmation email/text.  

- Come alone to your appointment. To minimize unnecessary exposure, DO NOT bring guests or children to the salon.


New check-in process:

- We will screen clients upon entry for any at-risk histories or symptoms. 

- We will take guest & staff temperatures at check-in. If you have a fever, we will reschedule your visit.  

- Parents/legal guardians of minors will also be required to have the same level of entry screening. 

During your appointment:  

-All staff and guests are required to wear a mask.

-Stations and equipment will be sanitized between clients. 

-All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly with a hospital grade disinfectant.

-Hand sanitizers will be available at stations.  

-A wash sink is available for all customers that want to wash their hands with soap and water before and after your service.

-Social distancing will be strictly observed. Try to maintain a safe, 6-ft distance from all clients and staff.

-Seating will be adjusted for 6-ft social distancing in the event a client has to wait for a service (which we are trying our best to avoid).

-Capes and smocks will be washed between each use; depending on service, they may be omitted when possible.

-As before, we will deep clean the salon every evening

New Self Pay checkout:

-For a safer contactless billing we will charge the credit card you booked with after your appointment.  We will add the tip per your instructions at check out in the shop.
